The
Gatherings
The Screenplay
The Gatherings is a screenplay rooted in present tensions and future possibilities. It’s a story—
and it is also an invitation to imagine.
Told across two timelines—contemporary Brooklyn, and a transformed future in 2149—The Gatherings follows the quiet courage of ordinary people who chose to come together and create spaces for everyone to be heard, even when the world around them was unraveling.

“People in the real world are looking for a shred of optimism about the future, and your script offers that optimism in reality.”
Message from the Future
“Hi, My name is Micah. I live in 2149.
By the time I was born, most people had forgotten what it felt like to be afraid of each other. But when I visited the Museum of the 21st Century, I saw the headlines, the divisions, the fear.
I asked my aunt Eliana: "What changed?" She said it started with people Gathering.
Not to debate. Not to win. But to listen. To see what they could create together. The first Gathering was small. But it changed everything.
Maybe it already started in your time. Maybe you're one of the ones who helped it begin. If that's true...thank you.
